The Manager, Centralized Pharmacy Services is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision, direction, coaching, and motivation of the pharmacy team at the Central Fulfillment site, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. The role reports to the General Manager and works closely with IT specialists, third‑party vendors, HR, and production maintenance technicians to resolve technical and workflow issues with urgency. Continuous process improvements, quality control, and risk mitigation are essential to meet production targets and KPIs. The position is based in Irving, TX and is a salaried, onsite, full‑time management role aligned to production shift schedules. Main Responsibilities

People Leadership:

Provide leadership and supervision for all functional teams, hire, train, motivate, develop, evaluate, and manage team members, collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders, and ensure compliance with company policies. Regulatory Compliance:

Work with the PIC and General Manager to develop, evaluate, and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Operational Excellence:

Serve as a subject‑matter expert for production line software and hardware, triage issues, monitor uptime of automated devices, troubleshoot routine errors, and develop process improvements for personnel and workflow. Lead the safety program to support a safety‑first culture. Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in Central Fulfillment, retail, mail‑order, or closed‑door pharmacy experience. Licensed pharmacist in the CF home state. Proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel up to 10% for cross‑training and meetings. Supervisory experience in a pharmacy production line or large functional team (preferred). Physical & Working Conditions

Visual requirements: clarity of vision at more than 20 inches and less than 50 feet, with depth perception and field of vision. Work shift variations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Participate in the production line floor at least 25% of each shift. Equity and Inclusion:
