Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
Design, implement, and validate new equipment, processes, and technologies for production.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process control and performance tracking.
Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and process specifications.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing process issues.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and process improvement initiatives.
Understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools
Experience with advanced data analytics tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
