Career Advancement to Clinic Director
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality physical therapy services in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Actively participate in case management as part of a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance client relations.
Requirements
Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state physical therapy license/registration required to start.
