Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with industry standards and R|O|C policies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Actively participate in case management, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to enhance and expand client relations.
