Beaufort, South Carolina!

Join us as we continue to provide excellent clinical service to patients and experience collaboration across this great dental team.
This practice has a long tenured team with great team work and a very collaborative culture.
Part Time Dental Hygienist Schedule
1 to 2 days per week (flexible to choose between Monday through Thursday, but will be a set schedule)
1 hour lunch break Monday through Wednesday (work through lunch on Thursdays)

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
Reviewing patient's history and charting
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Support the dentist with procedures as needed
Qualifications
Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of South Carolina
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Current BLS/CPR certifications Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
1 or more years of RDH clinical experience nice to have - but new grads are welcome to apply!
Knowledgeable about perio health, comfortable with patient education, and competent with gum therapy
Experience with dental practice software, Dentrix preferred
