We are seeking dedicated Staff Nurses with an LPN to join our diverse team in Geneva and be a part of our life‑changing mission.

We have flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts available with an hourly rate of $28.25/hr - $34/hr based on qualifications and experience.

The position has additional differentials of $1 for PM weekdays, $2 for night weekdays, $5 for AM weekends, $6 for PM weekends and $7 for night weekends.

Our PRN/IHR (On‑Call) LPN rate is $29/hr with an additional $2 differential for weekends.

Responsibilities

Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.

Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.

Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physicians orders to assure optimal health care.

Complete daily charting for care provided.

Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants and case manager regarding resident status.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry

Possess current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements
