School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Chattanooga, Tennessee
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available supporting elementary school students in the Chattanooga, TN area. This contract position runs from January 19, 2026 through May 21, 2026, providing essential therapy, evaluations, and participation in meetings across multiple campuses depending on caseload.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess student communication needs
Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals during meetings
Manage caseload effectively, servicing 1 to 3 campuses as assigned
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Qualifications
Active Tennessee SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Active Tennessee Department of Education certification
Experience working with school-age children preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Location On-site position based in Chattanooga area schools; no remote or hybrid options available.
Work Schedule Full-time, approximately 35-37.5 hours per week.
