Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located in Loogootee, IN. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of varying ages. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote successful outcomes. The role emphasizes compassionate care and patient-centered therapy to enhance overall quality of life.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Speech‑Language Pathology; including speech, voice, fluency, and language disorder assessment and therapeutic interventions.
Proficiency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documenting clinical outcomes accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Compassionate, patient‑centered approach, with the ability to provide encouragement and support to improve patient outcomes.
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution and a valid Speech‑Language Pathology license in the state of Indiana.
Certification from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
Previous experience in an outpatient therapy setting is preferred, but NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. CFY OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE.
