Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide direct therapy for speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner
Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and communication strategies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care
Qualifications
Current Speech‑Language Pathology license in Missouri (required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA (required)
Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Strong commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care
