Job Summary Seattle Medical Post Acute Care seeks a certified nursing assistant to provide comprehensive care for residents, following established long‑term care standards.
Essential Functions
Respond to signal lights.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
Serve and collect food trays and provide feeding assistance.
Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist with walking.
Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance.
Take and record vital signs, food/fluid intake and output, and weight as directed.
Complete documentation.
Qualifications
Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
