Position Overview DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide dialysis care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role will be based at Minerva Park Dialysis in Columbus, Ohio.

Clinic Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:45 AM – 7:00 PM, T/Th/S 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Shifts: 3‑4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month.

Training period work hours may vary; typically 32‑40 hrs/week.

Flexible schedule required: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Paid training offered: robust program of classroom and hands‑on training.

Training & Float Details

Training may take place at a facility or training clinic other than your home clinic.

Float to various facilities during and after training.

Flexible schedule required: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice required.

Current CPR certification required.

IV certification required if required by state regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as per CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system.

BONENT or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.

Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire required.
