DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will help patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
What You Can Expect
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
Work in a supportive team environment.
Provide care for patients with multiple co‑morbidities.
Work a fast‑paced schedule (M/W/F 4:45 a‑m–7:00 p‑m, T/Th/S 6:30 a‑m–6:00 p‑m) with possible early shifts.
What We’ll Provide
Paid training program (classroom and hands‑on).

Requirements
Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
IV certification (if required by state).

Completion of a training program approved by the medical director and CMS regulations.
Preferred: BONENT or CHT certification.
Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; ability to learn DaVita systems within 90 days.
Key Information Seniority level: Entry level.
Employment type: Part‑time.
