Associate or Qualified Professional
to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team at our Adolescent Residential Home in Aberdeen, NC.
Your Role in Our Mission As the
Associate or Qualified Professional
you will support adolescents in a residential substance use treatment setting by managing a small caseload and providing individual, group, and problem-solving therapy, as well as structured therapeutic activities. You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic residential environment, serve as a positive role model, and apply evidence-based interventions. This role also includes community collaboration, psychoeducation, and participation in program activities, including leading therapeutic trips when scheduled.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For
Education:
Minimum of an associate’s degree in human services and at least 1 year of experience OR a bachelor’s degree in human services
Certification:
CADC certification is preferred, or candidates must be CADC-eligible
Current unrestricted NC Driver’s license and auto insurance
