$83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company policies.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and procedures.
Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all employees.
Manage EHS record‑keeping, reporting, and permit requirements.
Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive EHS management experience in a manufacturing setting.
Professional certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Bonus Qualifications
LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Master's degree in EHS, Engineering, or Business Administration.
