Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer‑facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer‑side web technologies.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
Ability to prioritize effectively, deliver results in a fast‑paced environment with little guidance and attention to detail, and have a strong understanding of project management.
Ability to communicate complex topics through Google slides.
Proven track record of creating executive level presentations.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $137,000‑$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Coordinate complex activities across product areas, cross‑functional teams, and support units. Manage incoming service requests by leading the process for scoping, sizing, and resource allocation strategies.
Own the creation of strategic product‑area‑facing materials in collaboration with leadership, including capability decks, monthly updates, and ad‑hoc presentations.
Collaborate with leads and managers to identify and execute on opportunities for automation and workflow optimization within Chrome support processes.
Represent the Web and Search Ecosystems (WSE) team in internal strategic opportunities and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
