Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident
Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments
Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment

Clear and professional communication skills
A strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and give it your all!
Drive to meet and exceed lead quotas
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team‑centric office environment
Friendly and engaging personality—you enjoy talking with people and making connections
Willingness to learn
Tech‑savvy with the ability to speak confidently with customers, while navigating a CRM system and entering data accurately in real time
What You Need
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.
Schedule Availability
Must be available to work four weekday shifts
plus
one weekend shift
Call center operating hours: Mon‑Fri 8am‑11pm, Saturday 8:30am‑8pm, Sunday 9am‑7pm
