Position Summary We are seeking a highly creative and visually driven Senior Manager/Creative Services to join Pharmacy Services Digital & Technology (PS DDAT) strategy office team. This is an individual contributor role for senior creative professional who will shape how we communicate complex healthcare technology ideas to diverse audiences through compelling visuals, video, motion graphics, and impactful storytelling. As a hands‑on creative leader, you will be responsible for craft and develop the visual design language for the PS DDAT organization and then to deliver high‑quality creative assets that elevate our brand, support business priorities, and engage stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. They will be participate in shaping the creative direction of the PS DDAT Strategy Office and blending high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution. This role requires a visionary who can inspire creativity and innovation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop compelling and memorable content, visual and creative assets that enhance communication, storytelling, and engagement across PS DDAT.

Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Content Development:

Drive creative visual creations by leading the charge to translate complex subject matter into compelling creative concepts, ensuring alignment with respective stakeholders

Partner with PS DDAT leaders and business partners to extract story intents, craft storyboards & narratives for impactful visual storytelling, presentations, and video content

Translate complex pharmacy services and healthcare subject matter, concepts into approachable, consumer‑friendly stories for internal and external communication

Drive creative ideation for PS DDAT product launches, new initiatives, colleague engagement & awareness campaigns, to PS Tech brand evolution initiatives

Creative production & delivery

Develop, and edit both short‑form and long‑form video content, including episodic series, social content, feature stories, and digital campaigns and thought leadership content. Use motion graphics, animation, and creative editing to enhance visual storytelling

Design compelling graphics for presentations, marketing collateral, infographics, digital campaigns, website/intranet feature stories, external media and more

Develop and lead creative strategies across campaigns, build a visual‑design language in collaboration with brand guidelines, visual standards, etc. to maintain a cohesive visual style wherever we engage

Manage multiple design projects from ideation to execution; drive the entire creative lifecycle – from ideation and concept development to writing scripts, and designing for today's varied production contexts and seamless client delivery

Build and nurture positive relationships with PS DDAT leadership, HR, Sales/Marketing and legal to ensure design intent, manage delivery and achieve intended results

Quality Assurance & Brand Excellence

Craft story‑driven content, simplifying complex healthcare data and innovations into clear, compelling narratives for members, clients, providers, partners, and colleagues

Maintain high creative and quality standards, ensuring assets are visually striking, technically sound, and effective as a vehicle for storytelling

Organize, archive, and manage multimedia assets for easy access, reuse and to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across channels

Required Qualifications

Strong skills in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar).

Graphic design expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar).

Familiarity with AI creative tools and openness to experimenting with new techniques for visual enhancement and workflow optimization.

Solid understanding of web development principles and multimedia integration into web platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non‑technical partners.

A knack for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories by bringing a creative mindset, keen eye for detail, and a passion for the craft.

Experience managing creative projects from brief to delivery, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

7+ years in creative roles covering video, design, and production management – with a portfolio showcasing range and originality.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer centric, creative and strategic; prior customer facing experience is preferred

Project management experience is preferred

Experience working with the media a plus

Skills in multimedia content production and editing

Experience working within agencies, corporate branding teams, or consumer‑focused marketing environments.

Portfolio demonstrating strong campaign creative, social/digital video, and persuasive marketing presentations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in the field of Film, Media Production, graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or a related creative field. Candidates with backgrounds in journalism, marketing, or other relevant disciplines will also be considered if they demonstrate relevant creative expertise.

Pay Range $75,400.00 - $165,954.00

The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 – $165,954.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
