Lead discussions on making value-creating decisions based on emerging trends and opportunities and internal capabilities..
Benchmark and evaluate the performance of the B2B organization to ensure it delivers value to the business while optimizing its operating model.* Program Management:
Create and manage execution of B2B’s strategic goals through detailed plans and determine governance processes to ensure that initiatives are completed on-time and within budget.
Manage a portfolio of key strategic projects by tracking its progress and mitigating risks, measuring its outcomes and prepare executive updates to support decision-making.
Manage stakeholders and partners across B2B teams and External Groups to build/maintain mutually beneficial relationships.**KPIs**:* KPIs supporting B2B Group targets* KPIs supporting B2B Projects**TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES**:* Milestones or deliverables executed based on B2B Group targets* Milestones or deliverables executed and achieved based on assigned B2B Projects**Equal Opportunity Employer**
