$139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Implement and drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination to meet production demands.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and operational excellence.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 7‑10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage plant budgets, P&L, and capital expenditures.
Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing and motivating high‑performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation solutions.
Proficiency in a second language relevant to a diverse workforce or global supply chain.
