$139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and driving financial performance.
Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and environmental compliance throughout the facility to maintain a safe working environment.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Drive operational efficiency initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality management systems.
Manage equipment maintenance and reliability programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, and quality metrics.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance.
Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation
MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field
Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational region or supply chain
