About the Role We’re a growing indoor golf technology startup seeking an Analytics & Data Assistant to help build and scale our data and analytics foundation. This is a new, onsite role with meaningful ownership, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with business data, applying statistics, and building analytics systems from the ground up.

You’ll work hands‑on with data from many sources, including databases and APIs, and turn that data into clear dashboards and insights that directly support business, product, and operational decisions.

What You’ll Do

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources

Query and manage databases using SQL

Integrate and pull data from APIs and external systems

Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau

Use Python for data analysis, statistical evaluation, and automation

Support business‑focused analysis (KPIs, trends, performance metrics)

Assist with ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from leadership

Help establish data standards, documentation, and scalable workflows

Collaborate closely with the team onsite in a fast‑paced startup environment

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in analytics, data, business intelligence, or a related field

Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting

Experience writing SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data

Familiarity with consuming and working with APIs

Experience creating dashboards or reports in Tableau

Understanding of business data and basic statistics

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with evolving datasets

Willingness to work onsite daily

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with golf (playing, industry knowledge, or strong personal interest)

Experience working with multiple data sources and systems

Exposure to data warehousing or cloud‑based databases

Internship, coursework, or project experience in analytics or statistics

Interest in sports technology or performance analytics
