This is a new, onsite role with meaningful ownership, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys identifying operational inefficiencies, designing better workflows, and executing improvements that make a real impact.

You’ll work across sales, marketing, venue operations, and franchising, helping translate strategy into repeatable systems that deliver a seamless customer experience from digital touchpoints through in‑venue execution.

Design and document improved processes, frameworks, and execution plans

Build and implement operational systems that support customer engagement and experience

Create outlines, playbooks, and wireframes for teams to consistently execute programs

Support the rollout of systems and processes across company‑owned venues and franchise locations

Execute and manage project implementation (e.g., APIs, Make.com, internal tools) to streamline workflows

Work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation

Monitor performance, gather feedback, and iterate to continuously improve operations

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in operations, business systems, project coordination, or a related field

Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions

Comfortable creating process documentation, workflows, and execution plans

Ability to take projects from idea → outline → execution → refinement

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, onsite startup environment

Clear communicator who can work across teams and functions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, or similar)

Familiarity with APIs or integrating systems

Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer experience operations

Interest in golf, hospitality, or multi‑location businesses

Exposure to franchise or scalable operations models
