12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Bristol (Hybrid)
We’re supporting a highly regarded professional services organisation in the appointment of a Commercial Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term basis.

Operating as a senior commercial sounding board to partners and leadership teams
Bringing clarity to complex financial data, turning insight into actionable decisions
Supporting pricing strategy, client economics and bid activity in a highly competitive market
Driving improvement in financial reporting, commercial tools and decision-making frameworks
Contributing to wider change and transformation initiatives across the firm
Coaching and developing junior finance talent within the team
What we’re looking for
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong commercial instincts
Experience partnering senior stakeholders in a complex, professional or knowledge-led environment
Confident challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes, not just reporting numbers
Strong Excel and modelling capability, with an ability to simplify and communicate insight
Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job
Professional services experience is useful, but not essential — this role is about commercial thinking, influence and judgement.
