Job Summary The Information Technology – Business Analyst (IT) will support the development of Risk Metrics Dashboards for Information Security programs. This role is responsible for translating business and security requirements into clear, actionable specifications for reporting and analytics, enabling stakeholders to gain visibility into security risks, controls, and program performance. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a solid understanding of information security domains. Key Responsibilities Partner with Information Security program owners to define business and reporting requirements for risk metrics and dashboards Analyze, document, and validate KPIs, KRIs, and compliance metrics across key Information Security domains, including: Identity Authentication and Authorization Identity Governance and Administration Privileged Access Management Security Operations Data Protection Collaborate with data engineering and visualization teams to design dashboard layouts and ensure accurate, meaningful data representation Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, gap analyses, and working sessions Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support dashboard development Ensure alignment of dashboards and metrics with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks Support testing, validation, and user acceptance of dashboards prior to deployment Prepare and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users Required Qualifications
College or university degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field 3–5 years of professional experience, with significant experience serving as a Business Analyst within Information Security initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear, business-friendly language Knowledge of information security best practices and data privacy regulations Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience supporting risk, compliance, or governance-focused reporting initiatives Familiarity with enterprise information security programs and metrics frameworks Primary Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
