Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Desert Winds Apartments in Jacksonville, FL who is HVAC /EPA Certified.
This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
Responsibilities
Direct other staff members.
Delegate assignments to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and work on doors, cabinets, and closets.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years of overall maintenance experience.
Must be HVAC/EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
Must be able to accommodate an emergency on‑call schedule.
Must possess reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
Background screening and drug test required.
