Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality performance metrics and trends.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
Manage and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, work instructions, and records.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, PPAP).
Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience with industry-specific quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, AS9100)
Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to global manufacturing operations
