Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Oversee all product quality inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints. Manage and monitor supplier quality performance, including audits and qualification processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Strong proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma. Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Relevant professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence (CQM/OE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. Bonus Qualifications
