Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse at St. Bernardine Medical Center, you will be responsible for coordinating total patient care for assigned patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. You will assess patient status, interpret critical data, and provide appropriate, patient-centered care as defined by hospital policies and procedures, applying growth and development principles across the lifespan.

Deliver comprehensive care to assigned patients, ensuring their unique age-specific needs are met.

Assess patient data, interpret findings, and determine necessary interventions based on patient status.

Demonstrate active participation in fulfilling the mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center and adherence to the organization’s core values.

Support the hospital’s strategic plan and actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience as an OR Staff Nurse

RN license from the State of California, AHA-BLS

AHA-ACLS within 6 months of employment in the position

Pay Range $52.23 - $68.16 /hour
