Position Summary
As the Maintenance Supervisor you will oversee, coach, and develop maintenance team members in various departments as required. You will plan and execute the daily work activities for all personnel in assigned areas and utilize the equipment and material at hand to meet predetermined quality and safety standards. You will assign team members to jobs, schedule special projects and emergency repairs, and support factory continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth. Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment. Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion. Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations. Ensure safety, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner. Assist in budget preparation and reports maintaining a low cost and high-efficiency operation. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environment. 1+ years’ people leadership experience. The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $123,000 per year.
