Based in Highland Park and Vernon Hills Illinois, StretchWerks operates two locations, offering expert-guided, table-based stretching techniques tailored to individual needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fascial Stretch Therapist at our Vernon Hills, IL location. The therapist will perform table-based fascial stretch therapy sessions, conduct initial assessments to create personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality care tailored to clients' individual needs. Responsibilities also include educating clients on the benefits of stretching, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and professional studio environment.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in fascial stretch therapy or a similar field such as physical therapy, sports therapy, or massage therapy
Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic techniques
Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and organize client records
Current licensure or certification required in your field of expertise
Self-motivation, reliability, and a proactive approach to assisting clients achieve wellness goals
Experience in wellness-oriented industries or athletic performance support is a plus
