Job Description INTEGRIS Health Edmond, Oklahoma's largest not‑for‑profit health system offers a great opportunity to work as an RN - ICU- Nights in Edmond, OK. The position requires a 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. shift, full‑time, and involves working with the ICU team to provide exceptional care to patients entrusted to INTEGRIS Health. Responsibilities
Assessment and re‑assessment of patients.
Development of the plan of care.
Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions.
Evaluation of interventions.
Supervision and coordination of licensed and non‑licensed personnel in patient care as assigned.
Provision of guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
Mental Health staff are required to assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System.
This position may involve additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, or chemicals is possible. Standard precautions must be followed.
Qualifications
RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (CPR required for hospice roles).
Other certifications and competencies based on the service line skill.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for Hospitality & Employee Health roles; for Mental Health roles, a current Oklahoma State driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) certification.
