Job Overview INTEGRIS Health is Oklahoma’s largest not‑for‑profit health system. The Labor and Delivery team seeks an RN to provide exceptional care during nights. The role includes patient assessment, planning, intervention, and coordination of care while adhering to National Patient Safety Goals. The RN may float to other units and participate in on‑call status as needed. The position requires population‑specific competencies and compliance with standard precautions.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment and re‑assessment of patients
Development of care plans
Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
Evaluation of patient care interventions
Supervision and coordination of licensed and non‑licensed personnel
Guidance and mentorship of non‑licensed personnel and students (as appropriate)
Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
Assist with physical restraint of patients using the Behavior Management Technique System
Qualifications – Required
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a valid multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) member state
BLS certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS)
Professional communication in English (verbal/written)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for certain units)
Ability to operate a vehicle (INTEGRIS‑owned or personal) and maintain an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) – Hospice only
