Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Rolla, MO, is a full‑service 18‑bed rehabilitation center for pediatric patients, adolescents and adults, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. We serve Rolla, Waynesville and the surrounding communities in south‑central Missouri. Bioness – award‑winning medical devices designed to benefit people with stroke, Multiple sclerosis (MS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury. Our unit is a very fast‑paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

What will you do in this role
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech‑Language Pathology & Audiology
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
