What You'll Do:
Engage with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and
close the sale!
Meet monthly leasing goals by generating leads and converting prospects into happy tenants
Conduct property tours, ensuring model units and amenities shine
Assist applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
Collaborate on creative marketing & social media initiatives to drive traffic
Stay compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations
What We're Looking For:
✔️ A
go-getter
with a passion for sales and customer service
✔️ 3+ years of
sales experience
(or 2+ years in property management preferred)
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office & social media platforms
✔️ Available to work
Monday - Saturday
