Prior apartment community maintenance experience preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
