HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll oversee and manage all field construction activities across multiple service areas, including pole groundline inspection and treatment, wood pole restoration, steel pole & tower inspection & repair, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement.
You’ll lead job start meetings at each service center and ensure all contractor inspectors, field supervision personnel, and coordinators are aligned with project goals.
You’ll ensure compliance with technical specifications, coordinate material ordering, and provide guidance on any technical issues raised.
You’ll identify, evaluate, and report hazard conditions, ensuring a safe work environment.
You’ll monitor quality assurance across all contractor installations, including C-Trusses to Transmission and Distribution wood pole restoration, and take corrective actions when necessary.
You’ll manage field construction teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
Flexible:
The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Proven experience managing field construction projects or teams in similar roles
Strong technical knowledge in pole and tower inspections, repairs, and restoration
Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate multiple service areas
$100,000 - $110,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
