Salary Range: $119,000 - $168,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D departments to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Manage engineering project portfolios, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
Ensure all engineering designs and manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Develop and implement strategic engineering plans to support long-term manufacturing goals and technological advancements.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
Deep technical expertise in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept through successful implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical and operational challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML, digital twins) in a manufacturing environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
