What you’ll do

Optimize production flows and processes for electronics board testing stations using lean manufacturing principles Introduce innovative automation technologies that enhance production capabilities while maintaining high‑quality standards Oversee planning, scheduling, production KPI and coordination of electronic manufacturing processes to meet customer demand and production OEE targets Collaborate with R&D to ensure that new electronic products are designed for manufacturability and testability (DFM), ease of assembly and cost optimisation Manage testing equipment and ICT infrastructure What we’re looking for

Degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) 3–5 years experience in similar roles in electronic manufacturing companies Knowledge of electronics testing (SW/HW), ERP/MES systems, ICT Strong project management and data analysis skills Excellent teamwork and communication Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Why Join Us
