Responsibilities
Coordinate the mechanical designers’ team Develop and implement technical modifications on existing products Coordinate and participate in the test planning and validation phase Contact suppliers on technical topics Manage the bill of materials and process of industrialisation Report the projects status in the steering team meetings Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and previous experience of at least 5 years in the R&D department in automotive and white goods sector, preferably in HVAC sector. Previous experience in managing a team of people, being the interface for different functions (marketing, quality, purchasing, plant) and managing a budget of product development. Experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced multinational environment. Good knowledge in mechanical components and system design, development and industrialisation. Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage people and consistently meet deadlines, problem‑solving and flexibility complete the profile. Written and spoken fluent English. Work Location
