Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control systems
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage production teams effectively
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling software
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
Bonus Qualifications
Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
Experience with the implementation of new manufacturing technologies or automation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
