$110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.

Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, including budget and timeline.
Familiarity with industry safety standards, quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma), and regulatory compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in a related technical or business field
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, AI/ML applications)
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems specific to manufacturing
