bilingual (English & Spanish) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
to provide
in-home ABA therapy
for a client in
Raleigh, NC (27617) .
This role works
Tuesday–Friday from 9:30am–2:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and document session data
Support communication, social, and daily-living skill development
Assist with behavior-reduction strategies
Collaborate with caregivers and the BCBA
Participate in supervision and professional development
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
Bilingual — fluent in English & Spanish — required
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation to Raleigh (27617)
Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
