Help guests find the perfect Ford through needs discovery, product knowledge, test drives, and delivery
Guide customers through a smooth, transparent sales process from start to finish
Stay up to date on the latest Ford models, features, and incentives
Build lasting relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
What We’re Looking For
Automotive sales experience is a plus—but
we’ll train the right attitude
Strong communication and people skills

Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a performance‑based, commission environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
