Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement individualized wound care treatment plans for our residents
Provide wound care services, including dressing changes, wound cleansing, and debridement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Perform routine assessments and monitor wound progress
Educate residents and their families on wound care and self-care techniques
Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care services
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Florida
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
