Job Summary:

Responsibilities
Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent further complications
Implement evidence-based wound care practices and protocols to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve positive patient outcomes
Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on wound care best practices
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve wound care outcomes and patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
Experience in wound care nursing or a related field
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
