Job Description
An immediate opening for an
Assembly Technician
at Innova Solutions in Tempe, AZ. The role is full time, contract to hire for 12 months, onsite, first shift.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly operations, including skilled hand work and use of automated production equipment.
Interpret technical specifications, terms and documents.
Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
Set up and adjust components to meet tolerance and blueprint specifications.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; 0 to 3 years of related experience.
J‑Standard soldering experience.
Pay Range:
$18‑$19/hr.
