Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis of investment opportunities, building dynamic financial models in Excel.
Screen potential investments, write concise analytical memos, and present findings to the Investment Committee.
Plan and lead investment due diligence, including market research, legal document review, and financial due diligence.
Coordinate Blue Forest’s impact strategy for investments, including impact quantification efforts.
Coordinate ongoing payment flows and monitor operational elements of investment deals.
Contribute to investor reports and other company communications.
Explore new private markets investment products and conduct market research and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years in investments and/or financial analysis experience.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Experience in private equity, private credit, venture capital, structured finance, or project finance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the Western US.
Interest in environmental conservation and climate resilience.
