Salary Range: $119,000 - $168,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and support new product introduction.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage the engineering department budget, resource allocation, and capital expenditure planning.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) with 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, and best practices in areas such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects, from scope definition to successful implementation, on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, advanced automation, predictive maintenance).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Familiarity with common manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
