Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong project management skills for engineering initiatives, including scope, budget, and timeline management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
Ability to drive technical problem-solving and implement innovative solutions to optimize production.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
PMP or other recognized project management certification
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., industrial automation, additive manufacturing, AI/IoT applications)
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in a relevant engineering discipline)
