Main Street Bank is growing again in the greater Ashland Market - and we are looking for a dynamic Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team of lenders and banking professionals!

Candidates Must Have:

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in mortgage loan origination, consumer lending, or a related role in the financial services industry.

Proven track record of meeting production goals and generating new business through effective relationship management.

Ideal Candidates will also have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with borrowers and referral partners.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In-depth understanding of mortgage products, credit analysis, and underwriting processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and mortgage processing systems.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in a regulated industry

Prior experience with mortgage lending software and financial analysis tools is preferred.
